Your "human touch" is a luxury good. And the market for luxury goods is much smaller than the market for efficiency.

Not "cheaper." Near-zero.
In this world, the "realist" who spent two years debating ethics and governance frameworks while their competitors were building autonomous sales agents is a ghost.
The biggest risk isn't that the AI will hallucinate. The biggest risk isn't that you'll leak data to a model. The biggest risk is that you will move at a "realistic" pace while the technology moves at an exponential one.
Realism is just another word for the status quo. And the status quo is currently being liquidated.
The skeptics are right about one thing: the hype is exhausting. But being tired of the conversation doesn't change the physics of the transformation. You can be a "realist" and watch your margins compress until they vanish, or you can accept that the world as you understood it ended in late 2022.
